Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika gynekologických zánětů dětí a dospívajících. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehledovou studii a popsat gynekologická onemocnění vulvovagninitis a adnexitis. Předkládá poznatky o etiologii, symptomech, diagnostice a terapii gynekologických zánětů dětí a dospívajících. Práce zdůrazňuje prevenci gynekologických zánětů zaměřenou na hygienickou péči a preventivní gynekologické prohlídky. Vychází také z klinických studii provedených v zahraničí.The subjekt of this bachelor thesis are the children´s and young adolescent´s gynecological inflammation problems. The objective of this thesis is to create a synoptical study and describe vulvogenitis and adnexitis. This piece of work proposes etiological knowledge, symptoms, diagnosis, and the therapy of children´s and young adolescent´s gynecological inflammation. This bachelor thesis emphasizes the prevention of gynecological inflammation focused on hygienic care and preventive gynecological checks. This study is also based on foreign clinical study.
