Ve své bakalářské práce se zabývám zaměstnáváním cizinců v České republice. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol, ve kterých se zaobírám touto problematikou. V první kapitole je čtenář seznámen se základními pojmy, ve druhé se věnuji historickému vývoji právní úpravy, ve třetí kapitole jsem zmapovala statistiky související s cizinci pobývajícími na našem území. Čtvrtá kapitola je velmi důležitá, je v ní řešena současná právní úprava ohledně zaměstnávání cizinců. V páté kapitole jsou řešeny problémy, se kterými se cizinci pobývající a hledající práci na našem území mohou setkat. V poslední kapitole se zaměřuji na území Jihomoravského kraje a uvádím konkrétní údaje a problémy integrace cizinců v tomto kraji.This bachelor theses deals with the process of employment of foreigners in the Czech republic. The work is divided into six chapters which describe this topic.The first chapter informs the reader about the basic terms.The second chapter is devoted to the historical development of the legislation.The third chapter presents the statistics relating to the foreigners staying in this territory.The fourth chapter is very important because of solving the present-day legislation relating to the employment of foreigners.The problems which might be encountered by foreigners staying and seeking work in our region are discussed in the fifth chapter.The last chapter focuses on the South Moravia region. It conteins concrete data and the description of integration problems of foreigners in this territory.
