Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit vliv použití metody Kinesio tapingu na patologický pohybový stereotyp chůze u pacientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje základní biomechanické poznatky fyziologického i patologického vzoru chůze. Praktická část se věnuje analýze chůze před a po aplikaci kinesio tapu. Výsledky byly objektivizovány prostřednictvím kinematické analýzy pohybu systémem Vicon MX. Sledovanými parametry byly úhlové a časoprostorové charakteristiky krokového cyklu. Po aplikaci kinesio tapu došlo ke změnám především v časoprostorových parametrech, změny byly zaznamenány i v úhlových parametrech chůze, které byly individuální a závislé na klinickém obrazu probanda.The purpose of this thesis was to find out if there is effect of Kinesio taping on patological gait pattern in patient with cerepral palsy. The theoretical part includes basic biomechanical findings of physiological and pathological gait cycle. The investigatory part deals with analysis of gait cycle before and after aplication kinesio tape. The evaluation was realised by kinematic analysis of movement by system Vicon MX. These results suggested that there were changes in space-time characteristic and angular parameters of gait cycle. This changes were individual and dependent on klinical manifestatin of disease.
