Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o ženy po gynekologických operacích. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělená na tři oddíly. První díl uvádí indikace ke gynekologické operaci, druhy předoperačního vyšetření a celkovou předoperační přípravu. V druhém oddílu jsou popsány některé gynekologické operace: endoskopické (LAVH - laparoskopicky asistovaná vaginální hysterektomie), abdominální hysterektomie a vaginální odstranění dělohy. Jsou stanoveny jejich indikace, kontraindikace, metodika operační techniky a jejich komplikace. Třetí oddíl popisuje péči o ženu v pooperačním období. Praktická část bakalářské práce analyzuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Šetření probíhalo na Gynekologickém oddělení NsP Karviná - Ráj. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů, ve kterých jsou uvedeny získané výsledky šetření.The theme of this bachelor thesis is nursing car of women after gynecological operations. The work consists of the theoretical part and practical one as well. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. The first section deals with indications to the gynecological operation, the second section deals with pre-operative examinations and the total pre-operative preparation. In the second section there are described some gynaecological operations: endoscopic (LAVH ? laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy), abdominal hysterectomy and vaginal uterectomy. Their indications are set, contraindications, methodology of operative techniques and their complications. The third section describes the care of women in the post-operative period. The practical part of the bachelor thesis analyses results of questionnaire research. The research was carried on at the Gynecological ward of the NsP Karviná - Ráj. The results are put in tables and graphs in which the obtained results of the survey are presented.
