Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitelů při uzavírání zprostředkovatelských smluv. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou tématických okruhů, a to na část, která se věnuje obecné úpravě ochrany spotřebitelů a na část, která se zaměřuje na jejich ochranu ve specifickém vztahu založeném zprostředkovatelskou smlouvou. Jednotlivé aspekty ochrany jsou rozebrány z hlediska stávající právní úpravy včetně judikatury českých soudů a kriticky zhodnoceny. Není také opomenuta budoucí úprava s ohledem na nově připravovanou rekodifikaci soukromého práva. Pozornost je zaměřena i na vybrané komunitární předpisy včetně judikatury Evropského soudního dvora.This thesis concerns about the theme of the protection of consumers entering into agency agreements. It is divided into two thematic fields. The first part deals with the general regulation of consumer protection. The second part focuses on consumer protection in the specific relationship based on agency agreement. Individual aspects of consumer protection are analysed from the perspective of an existing legislation including the judicature of Czech courts, and they are critically assessed. It is also remembered about the coming revision with respect to the newly prepared recodification of private law. Besides that some attention is also paid to selected community legislations, including the judicature of the European Court of Justice.
