Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na zhodnocení vlivu komplexní lázeňské léčby na velikost rozvíjení hrudníku u astmatických dětí ve věku 3-6 let. Základní soubor tvořilo celkem 56 dětí o věkovém průměru 5,45?0,71 let. U všech těchto dětí byla lékařem potvrzena diagnóza astma bronchiale. Měření astmatických dětí probíhalo vždy na začátku a na konci jejich čtyřtýdenního léčebného pobytu v lázních Luhačovice. Při vstupním i výstupním vyšetření bylo probandům pomocí páskové míry měřeno rozvíjení hrudníku v oblasti axily, mesosternale a xiphosternale. Velikost rozvíjení hrudníku v oblasti processus xiphoideus v laterolaterálním směru a v úrovni mesosternale v anterioposteriorním směru byla měřena pomocí pelvimetru. V rámci vyšetření byly také sledovány některé kineziologické parametry a jejich změny v průběhu lázeňské léčby. Kontrolní skupinu tvořilo celkem 73 dětí o věkovém průměru 5,14?0,67 let. U této skupiny dětí nebylo rodiči potvrzeno akutní ani chronické onemocnění dýchacích cest. Výsledky našeho výzkumu prokázaly pozitivní vliv komplexní lázeňské léčby na velikost rozvíjení hrudníku u astmatických dětí předškolního věku.The Master's thesis was focused on the evaluation of the influence of a complex spa treatment on the chest expansion development of asthmatic children of the age from 3 to 6 years. The basic sampling group included 56 children with the average age of 5,45. All of these children were diagnosed asthma bronchiale by a doctor. The measuring of the asthmatic children always took place at the beginning and at the end of their four-week long healing spa stay. Probands' chest development at the level of the axilla, at the level of the 4th intercostal space and at the level of the tip of the xiphoid process was measured by the tape measure during the entering and outgoing examination. The chest expansion development at the level of the tip of the xiphoid process in the lateral-lateral direction and at the level of the 4th intercostal space in the anteroposterior direction was measured by a pelvimeter. Some kinesiological parameters and their changes during the spa treatment were also observed within the examination. The monitored group consisted of 73 children of the average age of 5,14. In this group neither acute nor chronic illness of airways was confirmed by their parents. The results of our research proved a positive influence of a complex spa treatment on the chest expansion development of asthmatic pre-school children.
