Práce se zabývá analýzou a popisem jazykového obrazu ženy v obecné polštině. Zbůsob nahlížení na tuto problematiku je založený na kognitivní lingvistice. Jazyk je tedy vnímán nejen jako nástroj pro vyjádření myšlenek, ale je také velmi úzce spjatý s mzšlením člověka a jeho vnímáním světa. V první kapitole se autorka snaží přiblížit dějiny rozvoje zkoumání jazykoveho obrazu světa, dále popisuje obecnou charakteristiku stereotypu a jeho významu v jazkovým obraze světa. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou obrazu ženy. Ten je rozdělen to čtyř částí - žena jako matka, hospodyňka, přirozený jev krásy a žena pracující. Jazykový obraz ženy v polských časopisech kromě skromných vyjímek je pro ženu pozitívní, žena je tedy krásná, starostlivá, má dobré srdce. Avšak tyto charakteristiky nejsou vždy stereotypní.Bachelor thesis based on analysis of the lingustic picture of a woman in polish magazines. It critically examines the basic features of the linguistic picture of a woman as a part of linguistic picture of the world. The research is based on material collected from different journals. Consequently it was designed to achieve a picture of a woman in a standard language. Linguistic picture of the world comprises not olnz linguistic field but also sociological and cultural one. This research is based on concept of the language introduced by the cognitive linguistics. In the first chapter author deals with history and main characteristics of linguistic picture of the world. General characteristics of stereotype in linguistic picture of the world follow. Next part analyses the linguistic picture of a woman which is devided into woman as a housewife, beauty, businesswoman, mother. The characteristics show besides some exceptions positive linguistic picture of a woman as a carefull, goodhearted and beautiful. Those are however not allways stereotypical.
