Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení dosavadního systému zdaňování cizích státních příslušníků v České republice, popsat způsoby, jakými je daň od zahraničních fyzických osob vybírána, přiblížit obsah smluv o zamezení dvojího zdanění a v praktické části provést analýzu druhů příjmů a způsobů zdanění zahraničních fyzických osob místně příslušných u finančního úřadu, kde jsem zaměstnána.The subject of ma diploma work is the examination of the present system of the taxation of foreign citizens in Czech republic. I described the methods of revenue collection from these natural persons, I approached the content of agreements of the abolition of double taxation. I realized the analysis of types salaries and revenues of foreign citizens under the jurisdictions of local financial offices in the practical part.
