Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci studentů středních zdravotnických škol k volbě oboru, studiu a jejich budoucností ve zdravotnictví. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno, pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, na středních zdravotnických školách v karlovarském kraji, u studentů prvního až čtvrtého ročníku oboru Zdravotnický asistent.This theses focuses on motivating students of the medical high schools to chose the field of study, engagement motivation and students perspective in medical services. The target is to gain a general overview of the student's attitude to the Medical assistant field. The research was based on the non-standardized form collected from the students of first to fourth year of the medical high school studying the field of Medical assistant in the region of Karlovy Vary.
