Oblast ochrany přírody je v obecné rovině EU deklarována jako jedna z klíčových priorit. Z tohoto důvodu bylo téma práce zaměřené na biologický průzkum a antropogenní vlivy. Rybník Moře, nedaleko města Přelouče, který je předmětem zájmu, byl zařazen do soustavy chráněných území Natura 2000, jako regionálně významná lokalita výskytu kuňky ohnivé (Bombina bombina), což je v rámci Evropy mnohde vyhubený a jinde mizející druh. Tento rybník je antropogenně silně ovlivněn. To se týká také jeho okolí, neboť je součástí inravilánu obce V práci byla použita metodika studia literárních děl a především vlastní terénní výzkum prováděný ve 14-ti denních intervalech se zaměřením na vyskytující se druhy na lokalitě a zhodnocení nežádoucích antropogenních vlivů, který je zejména ze strany rybářů. Vlastní terénní výzkum byl veden takovým způsobem, aby umožnil časově pokrýt veškeré životní projevy zájmových druhů, od jarní reprodukce, až po opětovné zazimování. Protože se na lokalitě nachází skokan štíhlý (Rana dalmatina) a skokan hnědý (Rana temporaria), což jsou druhy které se dle literatury reprodukují již po roztátí sněhu, bylo započato s pravidelnými návštěvami již od 15 března 2008. Tato práce má sloužit jako cenný informační zdroj pro následné zpracování Manipulačního řádu a Plánu péče. Výsledkem této práce je seznam druhů vyskytujících se na lokalitě a související shrnutá problematika antropogenních vlivů na lokalitě.The nature preservation field is declared as one of the key priorities in the general level of the EU. Therefore the subject of the work was focused on a biological research and anthropogenic effects. The pond Moře near the town of Přelouč, which is the object of interest, was included to the system of reserves Natura 2000 as a regionally significant locality of occurrence of a fire-bellied toad (Bombina bombina) which is within Europe in many places extinct and in other places disappearing species. The pond is anthropogenically strongly influenced. This also applies to its surroundings, for they are a part of a village. Methodology of a research of literary work was used in this work as well as in the first place an own field research that was carried out at fortnightly intervals with a focus on species occurring at the locality and an evaluation of undesirable anthropogenic effects which are in particular from the side of fishermen. The own field research was conducted in the way so that it enabled to cover from the time point of view all the life expressions of the species of interest, from the spring reproduction to the repeated winterising. As there is Rana dalmatina and a European common Rana temporaria at this locality, which are species that according to the literature reproduce already after the snow melting, the regular visits were started already on 15 March 2008. This work shall serve as a valuable source of information for a subsequent processing of a Handling Regulations and a Plan of Care. The result of this work is a list of species occurring at the locality and a related summary of an anthropogenic effects issue at the locality.
