Strukturu práce tvoří tři velké oddíly: {<<} Základní charakteristika a právní rámec {>>}, {<<} Skladba asociačního sektoru ve Francii a v České republice {>>} a {<<} Financování francouzských a českých asociací {>>}. Cílem práce je prozkoumat sektor asociací ve Francii a neziskový sektor v České republice (s důrazem na výzkum občanských sdružení) a předložit jejich ucelený a skutečný obraz. Zároveň si práce klade za cíl zjistit, zda se oba sektory významným způsobem liší, či se spíše vzájemně podobají ; chce naznačit jejich dosavadní vývoj a rovněž tendence, které na oba sektory v současnosti působí. Práce je opatřena bohatým obrazovým aparátem.. -- Abstrakt: The work {<<} The Association Phenomenon in France and in The Czech Republic {>>} treats of the association topic from several points of view. The structure of the thesis is made up by three main parts: {<<} The Basic Characteristic and The Juridical Cadre {>>}, {<<} The Structure of the Association Sector in France and in The Czech Republic {>>} and {<<} The Financial System of French and Czech associations {>>}. The aim of the work is to explore the association sector in France and the non-profit sector in The Czech Republic (with the emphasis on the associations) and to give a real and complete image of the association life in both selected countries. At the same time the thesis seeks to find out if the two compared systems differ in an important way or if they resemble, and to indicate the evolution as well as the actual trends in the association life. The work is completed by an extensive picture material.
