Tato práce se zabývá Radiem Wave a jeho programovým formátem. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda skutečný programový formát odpovídá tomu, co o sobě Radio Wave oficiálně tvrdí. Práce má dvě části; v teoretické části je nejprve nastíněna historie Českého rozhlasu a Radia Wave, poté je definován pojem programový formát pomocí odborných definic a rešerší. Jsou popsány parametry, které jsou pro formát určující, přiblížena je také typologie komerčních formátů. Jsou definovány pojmy potřebné pro následnou analýzu, následně je popsána metodologie užité kvantitativní obsahové analýzy, která je aplikována na týdenní vzorek vysílání. Analytická část pak prezentuje výsledky provedené obsahové analýzy a určuje tak programový formát Radia Wave. V závěru je pak formát ověřen a přirovnán k typům komerčních formátů.This bachelor thesis is focusing on Radio Wave and its programming format. The aim of the thesis is to verify if the real broadcast program corresponds with the official format declaration. The theoretical part deals with the short description of the Czech radio history and the history of Radio Wave. Then the term ?programming format? is defined by the help of experts´ definition and background researches; the segments and the types of the commercial programming formats are described. The next chapter deals with the claimed Radio Wave format. Then the theoretical part defines the key terms for the following analysis. The next chapter describes the used methodology of quantitative content analysis which is applied in the analytical part. The results are presented and the Radio wave format is designated. The conclusion brings the verification and assignment of Radio Wave to several types of the commercial programming formats.
