Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění názorů ošetřujícího personálu, který pracuje s problémovým a agresivním pacientem, na používání restriktivních opatření. Teoretická část popisuje historii používání omezovacích prostředků, jednotlivé druhy těchto prostředků, ošetřovatelskou péči při jejich použití, etické a právní hledisko této problematiky a používání omezujících prostředků v zemích EU.Bachelor´s examination work is concentrated for discovering of opinions of nursing staff, that works with troubled and aggressive patient, for using restrictive settings. The theory part describes history of using of restrictive means, individual species of those means, nursing service in their applications, ethical and legal affairs of these questions and using restrictive means in EU contries.
