Cílem práce je ověření vhodnosti použití diagnostického systému DTP-2 pro měření rozsahu pohybu kolenního kloubu. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 33 probantů (16 mužů a 17 žen), ve věku 22 - 29 let. Žádný z probandů neměl zranění či jinou patologii ovlivňující rozsah pohybu v kolenním kloubu. Ani v období mezi jednotlivými měřeními u žádné probanda nedošlo k události, která by měla vliv na rozsah pohybu v kolenním kloubu. Měření pomocí diagnostického systému DTP-2 byla prováděna třemi nezávislými hodnotiteli s využitím tří měřících metod. Výzkum prokázal vhodnost použití diagnostického systému DTP-2 pro měření rozsahu pohybu kolenního kloubu. Přístroj DTP- je vhodný pro fyzioterapeutickou praxi i pro výzkumné účelyThe aim of this thesis is the use propriety of the diagnostic system DTP-2 verification. The diagnostic system DTP-2 is used for knee joint range of motion testing. The research aggregate was made of 33 trials (16 men and 17 women) of the age range from 22 to 29. Any of the trials had neither any injury nor any other pathology whichc could influence and affect the knee joint range of motion. Nobody of the trials experienced any event which could have any impact on the knee joint range of motion within the tested period between each measurement either. The gauge with the support of the diagnostic system DTP-2 was conducted by three separated evaluators who were conducting the experiment using three separated and different measuring methods. This experiment has proved the use propriety and convenience of the diagnostic system DTP-2 used for knee joint range of motion testing.The diagnostic system DTP-2 is appropriate to be used both in physiotherapy practice as well as for research use.
