Disertace mapuje českou mainstreamovou populární hudbu 90. let 20. století. V první části práce prezentuje dobový kontext, zaměřuje se na specifika zkoumané dekády, vliv digitalizace na český hudební trh a přibližuje muzikologické aspekty rozboru populární hudby. V analytické části práce cílí na sociokulturní kontext prezentovaný tehdejšími hudebními publicisty, který je rozšířen o hudebněteoretický rozbor skladby. Ten má za cíl zjistit, zda je hook písně spjat s klíčovými slovy hudebního textu identifikovanými kvantitativnělingvistickou analýzou.The dissertation maps Czech mainstream popular music of the 1990s. The first part of the thesis presents the period context, deals with the specificities of the decade under study, the impact of digitalization on the Czech music market, and introduces the musicological aspects of popular music analysis. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on the socio-cultural contexts as presented by the period music reviewers, which are accompanied with music-theory analyses of the compositions. These analyses aim to determine whether the song hooks are associated with the keywords of the lyrics as identified by quantitative linguistic analysis.
