(79 439 znaků) : il. -- Ved. práce Kateřina Wolfová. -- Oponent Vladimíra Soporská. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poruch senzorické integrace u dětských klientů. Cílem práce je poskytnout přehled nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků týkajících se této problematiky. První kapitola je věnována popisu procesu senzorické integrace z pohledu neurologie. V hlavní části práce jsou klasifikovány poruchy senzorické integrace podle modelu Millerové. Tento model dělí poruchy senzorické integrace do tří kategorií, přičemž každá z nich je v textu detailně popsána. Další kapitola se zabývá projevy těchto poruch u konkrétních onemocnění, jako jsou poruchy autistického spektra, poruchy pozornosti s hyperaktivitou a dětská mozková obrna. Závěrečné kapitoly pak stručně popisují možnosti diagnostiky a terapie. Diagnostika poruch senzorické integrace je založena na kombinaci standardizovaných hodnotících baterií a klinického pozorování. Terapie těchto poruch je založena na stimulaci senzorických systémů, přičemž primárním terapeutickým přístupem je senzorická integrace dle Ayres. Pro vyhledávání odborné literatury byly použity internetové databáze PubMed, EBSCO, ProQuest, Medvik v časovém rozsahu od roku 2017 po rok 2023. V případě potřeby dohledání primárních zdrojů nebo specifických témat byla využita doplňující vyhledávání v rozmezí od roku 2000 do roku 2023.. -- Abstrakt: Bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of sensory integration disorders in pediatric clients. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the latest scientific findings on this topic. The first chapter describes the process of sensory integration from a neurological perspective. The main part of the thesis classifies sensory integration disorders according to Miller's model. This model divides sensory integration disorders into three categories. Each of these categories is described in detail in the text. The next chapter deals with the manifestations of these disorders in specific conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and cerebral palsy. The final chapters briefly describe the possibilities of diagnosis and therapy. The diagnosis of sensory integration disorders is based on a combination of standardized assessment batteries and clinical observation. Therapy for these disorders is based on the stimulation of sensory systems, with the primary therapeutic approach being Ayres' sensory integration. Regarding the search for scientific literature, online databases such as PubMed, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Medvik were used, covering the period from 2017 to 2023. If it was necessary to find primary sources or specific topics, additional searches were conducted with the range from 2000 to 2023.
