Předmětem bakalářské diplomové práce je komplexně analyzovat problematiku řetězových e-mailů výhradně s politickým obsahem rozesílaných mezi seniory. Pro jasné vymezení výzkumného vzorku a konkretizaci politického obsahu jsou vybrány řetězové e-maily zachycené v čase předvolební kampaně prezidentských voleb v období od 1. 10. 2022 až do 28. 1. 2023. Teoretický rámec práce je tvořen definicemi termínů informace, dezinformace, misinformace, konspirace, fake news a hoax, jejichž vymezení je pro pochopení celé práce nezbytné. Dále je v teoretickém základu uvedené vymezení samotné problematiky řetězových e-mailů s politickým obsahem. V práci je objasněno, že tento fenomén pracuje na základě třech apelů a sice důvěryhodnost, přesvědčení a emoce. Pro fungování celého mechanismu je nepostradatelný lákavý titulek, jehož funkce je v práci rozebrána. V rámci analytické části provádím tři druhy výzkumů. Prvním z nich je analýza na základě databáze Thenidiel, která je zcela postavena na datech zachycených Českými elfy. V této analýze například sleduji a popisuji vývoj v čase řetězových e-mailů související s prezidentskými volbami v roce 2023. V druhém výzkumu jsem využil vzorku zachyceného v mé sběrné adrese, na kterém provádím kvalitativní a kvantitativní obsahovou analýzu. V podkapitole o kvalitativní obsahové analýze jsou podrobeny detailnímu rozboru čtyři vybrané řetězové e-maily. V podkapitole o kvantitativní obsahové analýze sleduji četnost užití charakteristických prvků ve všech 96 mnou zachycených řetězových e-mailech s politickým obsahem. V posledním výzkumu jsem se zaměřil na zkoumání volebního chování v souvislosti s tímto fenoménem pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Pro účel tohoto šetření jsou vybrány tři politické narativy, které se řetězovými e-maily šířily a respondenti a respondentky odpovídali na uzavřené otázky, zda souhlasí s těmito vybranými tvrzeními a zároveň, zda danou informaci obdrželi nebo zachytili na svůj e-mail.The subject of the bachelor thesis is to comprehensively analyse the issue of chain e-mails exclusively with political content sent among the seniors. In order to clearly define the research sample and to specify the political content, chain e-mails captured during the presidential election campaign from October 1, 2022, to January 28, 2023, are selected. The theoretical framework of the thesis consists of the definitions of the term's information, misinformation, conspiracy, fake news and hoax, the definition of which is essential for the understanding of the whole thesis. Furthermore, the theoretical framework provides a definition of the issue of chain e-mails with political content itself. The thesis explains that this phenomenon operates on the basis of three appeals namely credibility, belief, and emotion. The enticing headline is indispensable to the functioning of the whole mechanism and it is function is discussed in the thesis. In the analytical part, I conduct three types of research. The first is an analysis based on the Thenidiel database, which is entirely based on data captured by Czech Elves. In this analysis, for example, I track and describe the evolution over time of chain e-mails related to the 2023 presidential election. In the second research, I use a sample captured in my collection address on which I perform qualitative and quantitative content analysis. In the subsection on qualitative content analysis, the four selected chain e-mails are analysed in detail. In the subchapter on quantitative content analysis, I track the frequency of use of characteristic elements in all 96 chain e-mails with political content captured by me. In the last research, I focus on examining voting behaviour in relation to this phenomenon by means of a questionnaire survey. For the purpose of this investigation, three political narratives that were disseminated through chain e-mails were selected, and respondents answered closed-ended questions about whether they agreed with these selected statements as well as whether they received or captured the information in question on their e-mail.
