Tato diplomová práce se zabývá případy žen obžalovaných a odsouzených u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Olomouci na základě § 11 dekretu č. 16/1945 Sb. Nejprve je popsán fenomén udavačství v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Udavačství je často označováno za typický ženský zločin, proto se práce následně snaží zjistit, jestli tomu tak skutečně bylo. V práci jsou rovněž kategorizovány všechny ženy, jimiž se Mimořádný lidový soud v Olomouci zabýval, a to například na základě trestných činů dle zmíněného dekretu, délky trestu, národnosti či rodinného stavu a profese. Dalším cílem práce je analýza společných znaků odsouzených udavaček na základě studia archivních pramenů, především trestních spisů. V poslední části se práce podrobně věnuje nejkřiklavějším případům pěti vybraných udavaček.This thesis deals with the cases of women accused and convicted at the Extraordinary People's Court in Olomouc on the basis of § 11 of Decree No. 16/1945 Coll. First, the phenomenon of denunciation in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia is described. The denunciation is often described as a typical female crime, so the thesis tries to find out whether this was indeed the case. The thesis also categorises all the women who were dealt with by the Extraordinary People's Court in Olomouc, for example, on the basis of the crimes according to the mentioned decree, length of sentence, nationality, marital status and profession. Another aim of the thesis is to analyse the common features of convicted female informers by studying archival sources, especially criminal files. In the last part of the thesis, the most striking cases of five selected female informers are examined in detail.
