V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány základní vlastnosti mikroplastů a jejich rizika pro životní prostředí. Dále se práce věnuje metodám odběru vzorků a metodám analýzy mikroplastů. Experimentální část je zaměřená na analýzu mikroplastů v trávicích soustavách ryb, popisuje použité metody rozkladu biologických tkání a následné identifikace nalezených částic.This bachelor thesis describes the basic properties of microplastics and their risks to the environment. The thesis also deals with sampling methods and methods of analysis of microplastics. The experimental part is focused on the analysis of microplastics in the digestive tracts of fish as well as describes the methods used for the digestion of biological tissues and the following identification of the found particles.
