Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociální situace žen po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem práce je zmapovat jejich sociální situaci po návratu z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a navrhnout možnosti adekvátní podpory ze strany sociální práce. Teoretická část obsahuje rešeřši odborné literatury, která je zaměřena na kriminalitu, její teorie a příčiny, výkon trestu odnětí svobody a důsledky, které mohou po propuštění z vězení nastat. Teoretická část dále obsahuje rešerši realizovaných výzkumů s podobnou tématikou a srovnání českých a zahraničních výzkumů. Empirická část se věnuje metodologii kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti ženami po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Je zde popsána analýza dat společně s její interpretací a diskuzí se studiemi, které souvisejí s tématikou.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the social situation of women after serving a sentence of imprisonment. The aim of the work is to map their social situation after returning from serving a sentence of imprisonment and to suggest possibilities of adequate support from social work. The theoretical part contains are search of professional literature, which is focused on crime, its theories and causes, the execution of imprisonment and the consequences that may occur after release from prison. The theoretical part also contains are search of performed research with similar topics and a comparison of Czech and foreign research. The empirical part deals with the methodology of qualitative research, which was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with six women after serving a prison sentence. It describes the analysis of data together with its interpretation and discussion of studies related to the topic.
