Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem adaptace, zejména následovanými strategiemi adaptace nástupnických stran. Dále je v práci analyzován vliv následované strategie na úspěšnost nástupnické strany v novém demokratickém režimu. V práci jsou představeny nástupnické komunistické strany České republiky, Slovenska, Maďarska, Polska, Rumunska a Bulharska. Cílem této práce je vytvoření typologie na základě následovaných strategií adaptace a také je v této práci analyzován vliv dané následované strategie adaptace na úspěšnost strany v nových demokratických politických systémech zemí ve střední a východní Evropě.This paper aims at analyzing the process of adaptation, especially followed strategies of adaptation of the successor parties and the impact of the followed strategy on the success of the successor parties in the new democratic regime. This paper presents the successor communist parties of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. The aim of this work is to create a typology based on the followed strategies of adaptation and also to determine the impact of the followed strategies of adaptation on the success of the party in the new democratic political systems of Central and Eastern Europe.
