Tématem diplomové práce je Překlad textu z oblasti gastronomie s komentářem. Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit adekvátní překlad prozaického textu s obsahem krkonošského nářečí. Součástí práce je i komentář s vybranými překladatelskými problémy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, praktickou část a o autorovi knihy a jeho díle. Teoretická část se věnuje překladatelským transformacím, metodám překladu a překladu nářečí. Získané teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány v praktické části. Praktickou část tvoří samotný překlad a vybraná problematika překládaného textu. Vzhledem k tématu považuji za vhodné zmínit v práci také pár slov o autorovi a jeho díle. Součástí práce jsou dále i přílohy: text originálu a fotografie z krkonošského života pro lepší čtenářovu představu.The topic of the diploma thesis is the translation of a text form the field of gastronomy with commentary. The aim of this thesis is to create an adequate translation of a prose text with the content of the Giant Mountains dialect. The thesis also includes a commentary with selected translation problems. The thesis is divided into the three parts: the theoretical, the practical and the author of the book and his work. The theoretical part deals with translation transformations, translation methods and dialect translation. The acquired theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part. The practical part consists of the translation itself and selected issues of the translated text. Given the topic, I consider it appropriate to mention in the work a few words about the author and his work. The thesis also includes the attachments: the text of the original and photographs form Giant Mountains life for a better reader's idea.
