Prehľadová bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou stómií v chirurgickej ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti. Cieľom práce bolo predložiť aktuálne dohľadané poznatky o stómiach v oblasti gastrointestinálneho traktu. Zaoberá sa hlavne predoperačnou a pooperačnou starostlivosťou o pacienta so stómiou. Aké hlavné ošetrovateľské zásady sestra musí riešiť. Práca sa hlavne zameriava na oblasti edukácie. Zároveň sa v bakalárskej práci nachádza aj aký má vytvorenie stómie dopad na psychický stav pacienta, a ako sa sestra môže o takého pacienta starať. Predložené poznatky som čerpala z databáz EBSCO, Google scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, Medline.The overview bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stoma in surgical nursing care. The aim of the work was to present the current researched knowledge about stoma in the gastrointestinal tract. It deals mainly with preoperative and postoperative care of patients with stoma. What are the main nursing principles a nurse has to deal with. The work mainly focuses on the field of education. At the same time, the bachelor's thesis also contains the impact of creating a stoma on the patient's mental state, and how the nurse can take care of such a patient.
