Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dyskinezí u pacientů s Parkinsonovu nemocí. První část práce shrnuje obecné informace o onemocnění včetně klinického obrazu a jednotlivých stadií nemoci. Dále obsahuje popis jednotlivých druhů dyskinezí, které jsou u Parkinsonovy nemoci dominantní. Poslední část se zaměřuje na možnosti ovlivnění dyskinezí v rámci fyzioterapie a hluboké mozkové stimulace. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou pacienta s Parkinsonovu nemocí, který trpí dyskinezemi.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of dyskinesias in patients with Parkinson's Disease. The first part summarises general informations about the disease, including clinical picture and each states of the disease. It also contains a description of each types of dyskinesias, which are dominant in Parkinson's Disease. The last part focuses on the options of influencing dyskinesias within the framework of physiotherapy and deep brain stimulation. The case report of a patient with Parkinson's Disease suffering from dyskinesias is attached at the and of the work.
