Disertační práce pojednává o problematice klimatu školy s ohledem na pozitivní klima a jeho dimenze. Zároveň se věnuje oblastem spolupráce vybraných činitelů klimatu školy, kteří svými postupy pozitivní klima významně ovlivňují. Mezi činitele patří ředitel školy, třídní učitelé, sociální pedagog a žáci 2. stupně základní školy. V teoretické části práce jsou analyzovány stěžejní pojmy, představeny některé modely pozitivního klimatu a popsáno prostředí základní školy s ohledem na jeho funkce. Empirická část disertační práce popisuje smíšený výzkum pozitivního klimatu školy, jehož cílem je uvést v názorných modelech dimenze pozitivního klimatu dle ředitele, třídních učitelů a sociálního pedagoga. Zároveň cíl směřuje k charakteristice spolupráce těchto činitelů v kontextu pozitivního klimatu. Jako zdroj pro shrnutí výpovědí výše uvedených respondentů slouží dotazníkové šetření realizované na 2. stupni základní školy.The Ph.D. theses deals with the climate of the school with regard to the positive climate and its dimension. At the same time, it focus on areas of cooperation of selected school climate actors, who have a significant influence on their practices through their processes. The factors include the school principal, class teachers, social educator and pupils of the second grade of elementary school. The theoretical part of the analyzes key concepts, presents some models of positive climate and describes the environment of elementary school with regard to its functions. The empirical part of the dissertation describes the mixed research of the positive climate of the school, which aims to introduce the positive climate dimension according to the director, class teacher and social pedagogue. At the same time, the goal is to uncover the content of the cooperation of the these actors in the context of a positive climate. As a source for verifying the objectivity of the above mentioned respondents, the questionnaire survey carried out at the second level of the elementary school is used.
