Bakalářská práce popisuje léčivé makromycety, jejich složení a tvar těla, rozdíly ve výskytu a vybrané druhy. Hlavním cílem je rešerše prací z oblasti pozitivních účinků na lidské zdraví a vypracování přehledu vybraných léčivých makromycet. Makroskopické typy plodnic vytváří oddělení Ascomycota a Basidiomycota, do kterých spadají všechny druhy léčivých makromycet uvedených v práci. Jejich léčivé vlastnosti jsou způsobeny zejména glukany, terpeny a nukleotidy. Největší využití makromycet a doplňků z nich spočívá v prevenci poruch imunity a udržení dobré kvality života u pacientů s imunodeficiencí, s různými druhy rakoviny, chronickými nemocemi krevních cest, s anémiemi, HIV či AIDS, Alzheimerovou chorobou, syndromem chřipkové únavy, hepatitidy typu B, C, D a také u pacientů podstupující chemoterapie či radioterapie. V současné době probíhá nespočet výzkumů na léčivé účinky různých druhů makromycet.Bachelor thesis describes healing macromycetes, their composition and shape of body, differences in occurrence and selected species. The main goal is recherche of work from the field of positive effect on human health and elaboration of reviews of selected medicinal macromycetes. The macroscopic types of fruiting are created by the Ascomycota and Basidiomycota divisions, which include all types of medicinal macromycetes listed in the theses. Their healing properties are mainly caused by glucans, terpenes and nucleotides. The greatest use of macromycetes and their supplements is to prevent immune disorders and maintain good quality of life in patients with immunodeficiency, with various types of cancer, chronic diseases of the blood, with anemia, HIV or AIDS, Alzheimer's disease, influenza fatigue syndrome, hepatitis B, C, D and also in patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. There are currently countless studies on the healing effects of various macromycetes.
