Vliv polohy hlavy na hodnotu nitroočního tlaku [rukopis] / Markéta Haklová. -- 2018. -- 48. -- Oponent František Pluháček. -- Ved. práce Eliška Hladíková. -- Abstrakt: Cílem teoretické části práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o anatomii komorového úhlu a významu jeho dílčích částí při tvorbě a odtoku nitrooční tekutiny (NT). Dále se pak zabývá fyziologií NT z pohledu moderních poznatků. Poslední část pojednává o fyziologické adaptaci kardiovaskulárního systému na změny gravitačního zatížení během změny polohy těla. Úkolem teoretického úvodu je uvést čtenáře do problematiky, osvětlit a připomenout některá fakta, bez jejichž znalostí nelze výsledky z experimentální části řádně diskutovat. Experimentální část má za cíl analýzu a interpretaci dat získaných v rámci výzkumných aktivit katedry optiky Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci, kdy byla zkoumána závislost změny NOT na změně polohy hlavy.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is a summary of the existing knowledge about the anatomy of the iridocorneal angle and the meaning of its parts in the formation and discharge of the intraocular fluid. It also deals with physiology of intraocular fluid from the point of view of modern knowledge. The last part deals with the physiological adaptation of the cardiovascular system to changes in the gravitational load when changing the position of the body. The task of the theoretical introduction is to introduce the reader to the issue, to illuminate and remind some facts, without which knowledge the results from the experimental part can not be properly discussed. The experimental part aims to analyze and interpret the data obtained in the research activities of the Optics Department of the Palacky University in Olomouc, where the dependence of the intraocular pressure change on the head position change was examined.
