Úrazy kolenního kloubu považujeme za velice časté, přičemž až polovina z nich zahrnuje poškození předního zkříženého vazu. V důsledku jeho poškození následně vzniká instabilita kolenního kloubu, která je řešena nejčastěji operativně. K výběru typu artroskopicky asistované plastiky se přistupuje individuálně, stejně tak jako k výběru štěpu. Operativní volbou jsou dvě hlavní metody: "single bundle" a "double bundle" typ artroskopicky asistované plastiky. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní poznatky o anatomii, biomechanice, poranění, artroskopicky asistované plastice a následné léčbě předního zkříženého vazu. Praktická část pak předkládá případovou studii zaměřenou na ověření modelového rehabilitačního postupu u "double bundle" typu artroskopicky asistované plastiky předního zkříženého vazu.Injuries of the knee joint are particularly frequent, where up to half of these injuries involve damaging the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). When the ACL is damaged, it leads to the instability of the knee joint and this is most commonly treated surgically. The choice of the type of the ACL reconstruction is treated individually as well as the choice of the graft. There are two main surgical methods which are used, "single bundle" and "double bundle" type of ACL reconstruction. The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis summarizes the basic knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. It also provides the basic information about the injury and the ACL reconstruction. The last part of the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is concerned with the postoperative treatment of the ACL reconstruction. The practical part of my bachelor thesis presents a case study aimed at verifying the rehabilitation process model concerning patients who underwent the "double bundle" type of ACL reconstruction.
