Dupuytrenova kontraktura, nebo také palmární fibromatóza, je onemocnění postihující palmární aponeurózu, kdy na základě dlouhodobých změn dochází k flekční kontraktuře prstů. Bakalářská práce shrnuje obecné informace týkající se onemocnění, popisuje anatomii palmodigitální aponeurózy, klinické projevy, jednotlivé formy, diagnostiku a léčbu onemocnění. Speciální část práce je věnována pooperační rehabilitaci jako nedílné součásti léčby. V závěru práce je kazuistika pacienta po operaci Dupuytrenovy kontraktury, doplněná o rehabilitační plán.Dupuytren´s contracture, known also as palmar fibromatosis, is a disease affecting palmar aponeurosis, which is based on long-term changes of flection contracture of the fingers. This bachelor thesis summarizes general information concerning the disease, describes anatomy of palmo-digital aponeurosis, clinical manifestation, various forms, diagnostics and treatment of the disease. There is a special chapter in the work presenting a postoperative physiotherapy which is considered to be part and parcel of the treatment. At the end of work there is a casuistry of the pacient after the operation of Dupuytren´s contracture supplemented with a rehabilitation plan.
