Práce se zabývá specifiky vzdělávání seniorů a motivy ke vzdělávání. V první části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy jako stáří, stárnutí, senior, následně jsou popsány cíle, význam, funkce, specifika vzdělávání seniorů. Dále se práce věnuje motivaci a schopností seniorů se učit. Shrnuje možnosti vzdělávání pro seniory. V druhé části práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťována motivace seniorů ke vzdělávání.The work analyzes the specifics of education for erderly and motives for learning. The first part describes terms such as old age, senior, then describes the objectives, signifikance, function, specificity of education of seniors. It also specifies motivation and the ability of seniors to learn. Summarizes the learning opportunities for erderly people. The second part is using questionnaire for the purpose of detection motivation for education.
