Cílem této práce je stanovení míry odbourání ibuprofenu pomocí různě koncentrovaných, stabilizovaných nZVI částic, které se využívají v in situ sanaci podzemních vod. Jako kritéria účinnosti degradační analýzy byly vybrány procentuální úbytek počátečního množství ibuprofenu v roztoku a rychlostní konstanta reakce kobs. Spektrofotometrická metoda byla použita pro určení koncentrace ibuprofenu v roztoku.The aim of this thesis is to determine the rate of degradation of ibuprofen using various concentrations of stabilized nZVI particles, which are used for in situ groundwater remediation. The percentage decrease of the initial amount of ibuprofen in solution and the reaction rate constant, kobs, were chosen as efficiency criterions for the degradation analysis. A spectrophotometric method was utilized for the assessment of the ibuprofen concentration in solution.
