Tato práce pojednává o problematice evropeizace dopravy v České republice. Zejména řeší dopady evropské legislativy a evropských požadavků na vývoj dopravní politiky v ČR po roce 1989. Rovněž se zaměřuje na specifická síťová odvětví v dopravě a jejich transformace a to v podmínkách postkomunistické země. Pozornost je zde věnována zdrojům nesouladu mezi evropským a domácím přístupem. Práce analyzuje tyto interakce z pohledu teorie evropeizace. Pro účely této analýzy byla vybrána tři specifická síťová odvětví a jsou zde identifikovány ony zdroje nesouladu. Základní tezí je, že evropeizace se podílí na dynamických změnách v těchto sektorech, díky čemuž dochází ke změnám, které by bez ní byly obtížně realizovatelné.This paper discusses the problems of Europeanization transport in the Czech Republic. Addressing in particular the impact of EU legislation and European requirements for the development of transport policy in the Czech Republic after 1989. It also focuses on specific network industries in the transport and transformation both in terms of post-communist countries. Attention is paid to the sources of mismatch between the European and domestic approach. The thesis analyzes these interactions from the perspective of the theory of Europeanization. For the purpose of this analysis was chosen three specific network industries and are they identified the source of the inconsistency. The basic thesis is that Europeanization is involved in the dynamic changes in these sectors, making changes occur that would not have been difficult to implement it.
