Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním nezaměstnanosti dlouhodobě a krátkodobě nezaměstnaných osob v kontextu služby sociální rehabilitace s cílem zjistit, jak vnímají nezaměstnanost dlouhodobě a krátkodobě nezaměstnaní ve službě sociální rehabilitace. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlením nezaměstnanosti, jejím typům, nezaměstnaným osobám a popisu krátkodobé a dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti. Následně popisuje vnímání nezaměstnanosti, ekonomickou, psychologickou a sociální problematiku, strategie zvládání nezaměstnanosti a seznamuje s možnostmi podpory při ztrátě zaměstnání. Dále objasňuje možnosti sociální práce s nezaměstnanými, popis a nabídku služby sociální rehabilitace včetně nabízených aktivit. Praktická část práce zdůvodňuje využití kvalitativní strategie zkoumání, operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek, způsob výběru respondentů, metodu a techniku sběru dat a přístup k analýze a interpretaci získaných poznatků. V závěru práce je zodpovězená hlavní výzkumná otázka: "Jak vnímají nezaměstnanost dlouhodobě a krátkodobě nezaměstnaní ve službě sociální rehabilitace".My thesis is about The perception of unemployment of the long and short - term unemployed in the context of the social rehabilitation service. The aim is to find out how the long and short - term unemployed perceive their unemployment in the social rehabilitation service. The theoretical part deals with the perception of unemployment, the types of unemployment, the unemployed and with the description of short and long - term unemployment. Then I describe the perception of unemployment, the economic, psychological and social issues and coping with unemployment and I acquaint with the possibilities of the unemployment compensation. It is also about the possibilities of social work with the unemployed, the description of social rehabilitation service and its activities offer. The practical part explains the use of qualitative strategy of research, the operationalization of particular research questions, the way how I chose the respondents, the method and technique of the data collection and the access to the analysis and interpretation of acquired knowledge. At the end of the thesis, there is the answer of the main research question: "How do the long and short - term unemployed perceive their unemployment in the context of the social rehabilitation service".
