Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh optimalizace implementace vzdělávací strategie pro mateřskou školu. Práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsem nejprve představila organizaci, kterou je mateřská škola, a poté jsem popsala vzdělávání v organizaci a strategické přístupy ke vzdělávání. Dále jsem pokračovala částí praktickou, ve které jsem uvedla vizi, poslání a strategii v mateřské škole. Vytvořila jsem také analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb učitelek, díky které jsem zjistila rozdíly mezi stávajícím a žádoucím stavem. Nakonec jsem dospěla k samotnému cíli práce, kterým byl návrh optimalizace vzdělávací strategie. Tento návrh jsem charakterizovala ve dvanácti krocích a navrhla jsem změny, které by se měly učinit. Těmito navrženými změnami jsem dosáhla cíle této práce.The aim of this thesis is the proposal optimization of the implementation of educational strategy for kindergarten. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I introduced the organization, which is kindergarten and after that I described education in the organization and strategic approaches to education. Then I went on the practical part where I mentioned a vision, function and strategy in kindergarten. I have also created the educational needs analysis of teachers, through which I found out the differences between the current and desired state. Finally I came to the very aim of the work, which was the proposal optimization of the education strategy. This proposal I characterized in the twelve steps and I suggested changes that should be taken. Owing to these proposed changes I have reached the aim of this thesis.
