Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma prostituce v České republice. Hlavním cílem bylo u vybraných organizací popsat možnosti sociální práce s cílovou skupinou a zhodnotit ji z pohledu sociálních pracovníků, kteří se zabývají touto problematikou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části vymezuji pojem prostituce a dále popisuji její formy, motivaci k prostitučnímu chování, prostituci ve společnosti a její aspekty a nakonec také pomáhající organizace. Empirická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, kdy jsem užila metody hloubkovách rozhovorů se 4 sociálními pracovníky ve dvou neziskových organizací. Zajímala jsem se o specifika práce s touto cílovou skupinou, rizika povolání, fungování organizací a jejích projektů, dále jak funguje spolupráce s klienty a také s dalšími subjekty.The Bachelor thesis is about prostitution in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this thesis was selected by organizations to describe the possibilities of social work with the target group and evaluate it from the perspective of social workers who deal with this issue. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, I am describing the concept of prostitutions, forms of prostitutions, motivations of prostitutes, prostitution in society and its aspects, social work with prostitutes and finally the helping organizations active in the Czech Republic. The empirical part consists of a qualitative research with 4 in-depth interviews with social workers of 2 non-profit organizations - Caritas Znojmo and Rozkos bez rizika. In this part, I compiled a list of questions that I was interested in. I conducted a qualitative research in the two organizations and interviewed social workers there. My interest was about the specifics of work with prostitutes, risks of this profession, how organizations working, funding of projects, specific attitudes of social workers, contact with new clients, cooperation with other institutions.
