Práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu dramaterapie na klienty s neurotickou poruchou na Klinice psychiatrie ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou. První kapitola teoretické části popisuje neurotické poruchy, poruchy vyvolané stresem a somatoformní poruchy. Druhá kapitola je věnovaná skupinové terapii a ve třetí kapitole teoretické části je charakterizována dramaterapie. Empirická část je rozdělena dle typu výzkumných strategií na kvantitativní a kvalitativní. V části kvantitativní je specifikován výzkumný vzorek, kterým byli klienti s neurotickou poruchou a popsány metody sběru, kterými byla technika standardizovaného pozorování a dvoufaktorový sémantický diferenciál. Data jsou v práci statisticky zpracovaná a dále interpretovaná. Kvalitativní část výzkumu se zaměřila na dramaterapeuty a personál kliniky psychiatrie, se kterými byla vedena interview a skupinová diskuze. Celou problematiku doplňuje pozorování autorky. Kvalitativní data byla zpracovaná za pomoci obsahové analýzy dat. V závěru práce jsou poznatky z jednotlivých výzkumných části propojeny a interpretovány směrem k praxi i teorii.The study is describing the problematics of drama-therapy influence for the patients with neurotic disorders observed on the Psychiatry Clinic at University Hospital Olomouc. The study is devided into theoretic and empiric parts. The first chapter of the theory describes the neurotic disorders, disorders initiated by stress and somatoform disorders. Second chapter is dedicated to the group-therapy and the third chapter of the theory describes the drama-therapy itself. Empiric part is segmented in accordance with the research strategy to quantitative and qualitative.The quantitative part specifies the research objects, meaning patients with the neurotic disorders including the data collection methodology ? methode of standardized observation and bi-factoral semantic differential. The collected data in the research are statistically elaborated and interpreted. The qualitative part of the research was focused on the drama therapists and staff of the Psychiatry Clinic, with whom the interview, as well as group-discussion has been done. The problematics was commented by the author´s observation notes. The qualitative data was elaborated with the support of content data analysis. The notes of the all research parts are linked and interpreted in accordance with both practical and theoretical point of view at the end of the study.
