Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o procesu přijímání verbálně nekomunikujícího klienta v Domově se zvláštním režimem Diakonie ČCE - Hospice Citadela. V teoretické části popisuji syndrom demence a jeho aspekty vztahující se k poruše komunikace, dále uvádím normativní vymezení procesu přijímání klienta do služby dle standardů kvality, alternativní a augmentativní komunikační systémy a krátce popisuji zařízení Domova se zvláštním režimem. V empirické části popisuji metodologii, výsledky výzkumného šetření a zodpovídám tak na položenou otázku: Jaké jednotlivé kroky podniká sociální pracovnice během procesu přijímání verbálně nekomunikujícího klienta a jaké metody komunikace během procesu přijímání v Domově se zvláštním režimem Diakonie ČCE ? Hospice Citadela využívá? Získané poznatky lze využít k poměření efektivity používaných metod v praxi Domova se zvláštním režimem Hospice Citadela.This thesis deals with the admission of the verbally uncommunicative client in The Home with a special regime Diakonie ČCE - Hospice Citadela. In the theoretical part I describe the dementia syndrome and aspects related to communication failure and then I show the process of admission a normative definition of client services according to quality standards, alternative and augmentative communication systems and briefly I describe the device home with a special regime. In the empirical part I describe the methodology and results of an investigation so I answer the question: What are the steps of taking a social worker during the admission of the verbally uncommunicative client in The Home with a special regime and what methods of communication during the adoption process in The Home with a special regime Diakonie ČCE - Hospice Citadela uses? The knowledge gained can be used to weigh against the effectiveness of methods used in practice homes with a special regime Diakonie ČCE - Hospice Citadela.
