Bakalářská práce popisuje význam přípravy a vliv informovanosti budoucích účastníků o Assessment a Development Centrech. Teoretická část se zabývá všeobecnou definicí a vývojem metody Assessment centra včetně popisu jednotlivých používaných modelových situací. Praktická část je věnována analýze dotazníku, který vyplňovali absolventi Assessment a Development Center. Práce tak nabízí hodnocení této metody i z jiného úhlu pohledu.This Bachelor Thesis describes the importance of participants' preparation and the extent of their information and awareness about Assessment and Development Centres. The theoretical part deals with the general information about Assessment and Development Centres and their progress in time, including the description of commonly used evaluating techniques. The practical part is devoted to the analyses of a questionnaire filled in by participants, who already took part in Assessment or Development Centre, thus the work offers evaluation from a different perspective.
