Tato práce se zabývá popisem Zákona o historické paměti z historického hlediska a z internetových článků španělského tisku. Je rozdělená do pěti kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje stručnou definici Zákona o historické paměti. Druhá kapitola pojednává o příčinách a okolnostech vzniku tzv. problematiky dvojího Španělska. Ve třetí kapitole je rozvedena problematika dvojího Španělska z politologického hlediska. Čtvrtá kapitola porovnává internetové články současného španělského tisku na téma Zákon o historické paměti. Poslední kapitola pojednává o Ústavu pro studium totalitních režimů v České republice v souvislosti se Zákonem o historické paměti.This work offers the description of the Historical Memory Law from a historical perspective and from Spanish press articles available on the Internet. It is divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains a brief definition of the Historical Memory Law. The second chapter deals with the causes and the circumstances of the so called problem of the two Spains. The third chapter discusses the development of the two Spains from a perspective of political science. In the fourth chapter, there is an analysis of the current Spanish press articles on the Historical Memory Law. The last chapter deals with the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes in the Czech Republic in connection with the Historical Memory Law.
