V bakalářské práci je uvedena historie cyklistiky. Čtenář se dozví o samotných počátcích cyklistiky a jejího vývoje až po dnešní dobu. Je uváděno rozdělení cyklistiky mezi dráhovou silniční apod. V další části je obsahem funkce ať už domácích,ale i mezinárodních sportovních organizací, které se starají jak o cyklistiku, tak i o jiná sportovní odvětví. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny výsledky handicapovaného cyklisty, který používá různé typy transtibiálních protéz. Cílem měření bylo zjistit, která varianta protézy je z hlediska výkonnosti nejúčinnější.In the bachelor thesis the History of Cycling is presented. The reader learns about the beginnings of cycling and its evolution (from history) to present times. The content is a division of cycling between road cycling and track cycling etc. The content of the next part is the role of national or international organizations which are concerned with cycling and other sports industries. At the end of the bachelor thesis the results of measuring handicapped cyclists are shown, which use different types of transtibial prosthesis. The goal of this measuring was to determine which prosthesis is better from the performance point of view.
