Tato práce se zabývá problematikou Duchennovy svalové dystrofie, jejími specifiky a léčbou. Shrnuje poznatky z české a zahraniční časopisecké literatury posledních let a snaží se nastínit život pacienta s touto chorobou, příznaky této choroby, jakožto i dostupné prostředky léčby, jejichž účinnost je podložena studiemi, zabývajícími se vlivem konkrétního léku či léčebné metody na zlepšení určité tělesné funkce pacienta, postiženého Duchennovou svalovou dystrofií. Obecná část má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s mechanismem vzniku, diagnostikou a nejčastějšími příznaky, objevujícími se u tohoto onemocnění. Ve speciální části se dozvídáme o různých možnostech léčby, kde rehabilitace hraje velmi důležitou roli.This thesis deals with the issue of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, its specifics and treatment. It summarizes the findings from the Czech and foreign literature magazine last year aims to outline the patient´s life with the disease, symptoms of the disease, as well as the available means of treatment whose effectiveness is supported by studies concerned with the influence of a particular drug or treatment method to improve a particular patient´s body function, affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The general part is to acquaint readers with the mechanism of occurrence, diagnostics and the most common symptoms, which occur in this disease. In the special part, we learn about different treatment options, where rehabilitation plays an important role.
