Diplomová se zabývá názory dětí a mladistvých na hranici trestní odpovědnosti. Vymezuje základní pojmy, věnuje se faktorům ovlivňující kriminalitu dětí. Zabývá se názory, postoji a okolnostmi, které působí na jejich vznik, změnu a vývoj. Obsahuje exkurzi do vybraných zemí Evropy a světa a všímá si odlišností legislativních podmínek pro stanovování hranice trestní odpovědnosti. Popisuje vývoj legislativy v oblasti trestní politiky dětí a mladistvých od 19. století do současnosti. Empirická část diplomové práce zkoumá názory dětí a mladistvých na věkovou hranici trestní odpovědnosti.The diploma thesis deals with the views of children and adolescents in the limit of criminal responsibility. There are defined the basic terms. It deals with factors influencing juvenile criminality. It deals with the opinions, attitudes and circumstances that affect their formation, change and development. It includes a field trip to selected European countries and the world, and notes the differences in legislative conditions for the determination of criminal responsibility. It describes the Czech development of legislation in the field of criminal policy, children and adolescents from the 19th century to the present. The practical part of this thesis researches into the views of children and adolescents in the age of criminal responsibility.
