Práce se v teoretické části zabývá definicí zdraví a nemoci, determinantami zdraví, prevencí onemocnění a právními normami ve vztahu ke zdraví a zdravotnímu pojištění. Podrobně se věnuje rizikovým faktorům, prevenci a protektivním faktorům. V praktické části jsou předkládány výdaje VZP na prevenci, srovnání nákladů na léčbu karcinomu prsu u jednotlivých stádií a průzkumné šetření formou dotazníku mezi pacientkami s karcinomem prsu v okrese Zlín. Se získanými daty jsou srovnávány stanovené hypotézy a výsledky jsou podrobně rozvedeny a okomentovány v diskuzi.In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with definition of health and disease, health prevention and legal regulations in relation to health and health insurance. It discusses risk factors, prevention and protective factors in detail. In the practical part, the issues presented are as follows: prevention costs of VZP insurance company, a comparison of breast cancer treatment cost, by stage, and a questionnaire among female patients with breast cancer in Zlín district. Defined hypotheses are compared with the retrieved data and results are closely specified and commented in the discussion.
