Ďalej sa zameriava na vznik a rozvoj írskeho národného divadla, jeho hlavných predstaviteľov a rozoberá vplyv nacionálnych motívov na ich najdôležitejšie dramatické diela. Práca poukazuje aj na zmenu vnímania úlohy nacionalizmu na vznik samostatnej Írskej republiky a ako sa táto zmena odzrkadlila v dramatickej tvorbe.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis depicts the development of Irish nationalism and its influence on Irish drama. It focuses on the creation and development of Irish national theatre, its main representatives and it puts emphasis on the influence of national motifs in the most important Irish dramatic works. The thesis also deals with the change of the point of view of the influence of the nationalism on the foundation of Irish Republic and how this change mirrored in Irish drama.
