Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv psychosociálních faktorů na vznik a průběh nespecifických střevních zánětu. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum. V práci jsou předloženy výsledky získané z výpovědí čtyř probandů. Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, časové osy a dotazníku TAS-20. Výsledky výzkumu potvrdily pravděpodobný podíl stresu, postoje k nemoci a působení primární rodiny na vznik a průběh nespecifických střevních zánětů. Naopak vliv sociální opory, životního stylu a problémů s vyjadřováním emocí potvrzen nebyl.This thesis examines the impact of psychosocial aspects on the formation and progress of non-specific inflammatory bowel disease. It is a qualitative research. There are results presented which were obtained from the statements of four probands. The data was obtained by a semi-structured interview, a timeline and a TAS-20 questionnaire. Research results have confirmed the probable proportion of stress, the attitude towards the illness and the influence of a primary family on the origin and progress of non-specific inflammatory bowel disease. On the contrary, the influence of a social support, a lifestyle and problems with emotional expression was not confirmed.
