Cílem mé práce je analyzovat, popsat a definovat andragogické složky, výchovu a vzdělávaní, v oblasti rychle se rozvíjejících alternativních trestů. Pro vysvětlení problematiky mé práce je však nutné znát širší souvislosti, proto se vydávám i do dějin obecného trestání. Tak bude možno vysvětlit a popsat pohnutky, které vedly ke koncipování novodobých způsobů trestaní, tak i myšlení lidí ve společnosti. De facto mohu říci, že můj cíl je složen ze dvou části, které společně vytvářejí obraz andragogických aspektů v prostředí alternativních trestů a ukazují potřebnost flexibilní vědy andragogiky při řešení problému kriminality, kde andragogika působí jako formativní a integrující část procesu nápravy pachatelů trestných činů. Využívám strukturu a popis jednotlivých parciálních částí práce jako ukazatel toho, že existuje nepříliš dobře využitá živná půda pro projekty vzdělávání a výchovy dospělých v oblasti justice.The purpose of my piece is to analyse, describe and define the andragogic elements, cultivation and education, in an area of fast-expansionary alternative punishment. For explanation of my piece is essential to know wider conjuction and that is why I am looking back to the history of general punishment. So I can explain and describe my motive, that did lead me to draft new kinds of punishment and thinking of people in our society too. I can say that my purpose is composed by two parts which are together making a view of andragogic aspects in the area of alternative punishment and they are showing the necessity of flexible science (andragogy) in handling problems with crime, where andragogy affects as a formative and integrative part of the process, in which offenders are trying to remedy. I use the structure and description each and every partial parts of my piece as an indicator of not very well used ground for educational and cultivative projects for adults in an area of judiciary.
