This diploma work asks questions such as: Why is the picture important in the education? What influence has the picture on a pupil during the education? What are the types, functions, methods and ways of presentation the picture? Practical part of the diploma work consists of worksheets compiled to authentic material from Switzerland such as pictures, pamphlets, billboards etc. It points at the connection between the theory and practice as well.
