Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou překladu tzv. větných kondenzorů v knize Harry Potter a Kámen mudrců J. K. Rowlingové do češtiny a ruštiny. Hlavním cílem práce je poměřit míru kondenzace výsledného překladu v obou cílových jazycích a tento poměr srovnat. Dalším cílem je vyhodnotit výsledná překladatelská řešení a jejich počet vyjádřit v grafech. Relevantní překladatelská řešení jsou v práci podrobně komentována.This master's thesis focuses on the analysis of the translation of non-finite structures as a means of condensation in the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J. K. Rowling into Czech and Russian. The main aim of the thesis is to measure the degree of condensation of the translation in both target languages and to compare this ratio. Another aim is to evaluate the translation strategies and express their number in graphs. The relevant translation strategies are commented on in detail in the thesis.
