Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces implementace etického programu Dekacert do praxe sociálních služeb. Teoretická část popisuje Dekacert - etický program podle Desatera, kde je popisováno i všech deset křesťanských hodnot, jež jsou implementovány do praxe sociálních služeb. Dále je popisován proces zavádění změny dle Neil Russell-Jones a identifikuji možné překážky a obtíže. Práce nese znaky kvalitativního výzkumu s metodou kvalitativní deskripce. Cílem práce je zjistit překážky, obtíže a podpůrné nástroje při zavádění etického programu Dekacert do praxe sociálních služeb. Výzkum ukazuje, že ne všechny fáze změny byly u zkoumaných charitních organizací zachovány. Dále ukazuje na důležitost komunikace a podpory, a to na všech pracovních pozicích.The thesis focuses on the process of implementation of the Dekacert ethics programme into the practice of social services. The theoretical part describes the Dekacert - an ethical programme according to the Ten Commandments, where all ten Christian values are described and implemented in the practice of social services. Next, the process of implementing change according to Neil Russell-Jones is described and possible obstacles and difficulties are identified. The thesis bears the hallmarks of qualitative research with the qualitative descriptive method. The aim of the thesis is to identify barriers, difficulties and support tools in the implementation of the Decacert ethics programme in social services practice. The research shows that not all phases of change were maintained in the charities surveyed. It also shows the importance of communication and support, and this is at all job levels.
