Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálně dohledanými poznatky o kvalitě života pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou. Předložené poznatky byly dohledány v databázích EBSCO, ProQuest a PubMed. Práce je rozpracována do dvou dílčích cílů. Prvním dílčím cílem byla sumarizace aktuálních dohledaných poznatků o faktorech ovlivňujících kvalitu života pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou. Mezi významné faktory mající dopad na kvalitu života pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou patří únava, která ovlivňuje každodenní život pacientů. Dalšími častými faktory jsou porucha spánku, funkční postižení, vyšší aktivita onemocnění, bolest a sexuální problémy. Druhým dílčím cílem byla sumarizace aktuálních dohledaných poznatků o vlivu psychických problémů na kvalitu života pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou. Pacienti trpící psychickými problémy, jako je deprese a úzkost mají významně horší kvalitu života. Deprese a úzkost patří mezi významné faktory ovlivňující kvalitu života, zvyšují se s rostoucí aktivitou onemocnění nebo funkčním stavem. S psychickými problémy se potýká vysoké procento pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou. Tato bakalářská práce může být využita jako informační materiál pro všeobecné sestry pracující s pacienty s revmatoidní artritidou nebo pro pacienty, kterým byla diagnostikována revmatoidní artritida.The overview bachelor's thesis is dealing with current findings on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The mentioned findings were found in EBSCO, ProQuest, and PubMed databases. The thesis is divided into two partial goals. The first partial goal was the summarization of the current findings on the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. One of the important factors that have an impact on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is fatigue, which affects patients' everyday life. Other common factors are sleep disorders, functional disability, increased disease activity, pain and sexual problems. The second partial goal was the summarization of current findings on the impact of psychological issues on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Patients with mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety have a worse quality of life. Depression and anxiety are among the important factors affecting the quality of life, they get worse with increased activity of disease or functional disability. A high percentage of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is dealing with psychological issues. This bachelor's thesis can be used as informational material for practising nurses working with patients with rheumatoid arthritis or for patients who were diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
